With this Guided Meditation, I tell you a story to invoke peace, strength, and relaxation:
*While I recommend this video for people who have anxiety or feeling particularly anxious at the moment, I don’t suggest it as a “cure” or a guaranteed fix. The goal is to offer a solution that may help some on the spectrum, may induce serenity to people who aren’t particularly anxious, or may not work for you at all. Each individual is different.
