Welcome Spring Breakers!

We all know that time away from school or work means time to get together with all of your friends and go iN. Whether you have a hangover from alcohol, feel gross from too much junk food, don’t have enough time for a full class, or you simply want a slower practice for the morning – I got you!

This Hangover Sequence is targeting areas to help with digestion, release tension, and even support kidney health. If you accidentally went on a binge, hopefully this helps.
